Cath Harries

With over 20 years’ experience in business, specialising in authentic leadership, building relationships, influencing and gaining trust in contexts which can traditionally be technical and transactional rather than people-oriented. Helping her clients to build their capability to engage in meaningful, sometimes ‘crunchy’ conversations.

Developing self-awareness and core interpersonal skills using Coaching combined with Action Learning (group coaching, working with real situations in real time). Passionate about individual development alongside positive and visible results in the workplace.

Cath has worked globally – across the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific – with blue chip companies, banks, public sector organisations and high profile charities. As a coach and a facilitator, she has a natural ability to notice what is working and what is not and has the experience and skills to intervene positively and move things forward effectively.

Cath is both an NLP and MBTI practitioner. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation and is certified in Action Learning Set Facilitation. In addition, Cath has strong business and commercial skills having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in her early career with Price Waterhouse (ICAEW ACA 1993).
