He also supports teams in becoming more cohesive by working with them on vulnerability based trust, healthy conflict of ideas, commitment, accountability and team results focus.

Alongside coaching, Juan is a consultant, strategist and entrepreneur with extensive 15+ years experience in technology and marketing (both in-house and agency side), having collaborated with multinational corporations, NGOs, small business and individuals from different corners of the world.
